Choose a more sustainable way to ship your bike with our recycled cardboard bicycle boxes. Originally used for transporting bicycles from the factory, these boxes offer a cost-effective and environmentally responsible solution for travel or courier shipping.
Key Features
Easy Storage: Boxes are delivered flat-packed for convenient storage. Assembly requires standard packaging tape to securely seal the bottom and top.
Box Dimensions & Fit: Each box typically measures approximately 55 x 8 x 30 inches, with possible variations of ±1–2 inches due to their recycled nature. Suitable for most road, gravel, and city bikes when properly disassembled. Larger bikes (e.g. e-bikes or long-wheelbase mountain bikes) may require a larger box—please contact us for guidance.
Packing Materials:
Standard option: Box only (no materials included)
Upgraded option: Includes padding and cable ties
You will still need packaging tape and basic tools for disassembly.
Bike Disassembly Required: To fit your bike into the box, you will need to remove or adjust components such as:
- Front wheel
- Handlebars
- Pedals
- Seatpost
- Partially deflate tyres
Ensure all parts are securely fastened inside the box before transport.
Additional Materials Needed: Packaging tape, padding, cable ties (if not selected), and appropriate tools for disassembly.
This is a cost-effective solution for flying with your bike or sending it via courier.
