This is how we do it

For emergencies like punctures, brake adjustment or gears adjustment, or a broken spoke, you are welcome to visit our store without the booking and we will turn it around in a timely manner. Puncture repair typically takes about 15 - 30 minutes.

 

Booking is required for bigger jobs like bike routine service or bearing systems service. This is how our booking process works:

• Make a booking on this page and receive the booking confirmation email
• Drop your bike off.
• We assess the bike and contact you to discuss the details and approve the cost
• We contact you when the bike repair is complete

Select the drop-off date and add all notes. Upon arrival, we will assess your bike and call you back the same day with all suggestions. Once the work is approved, we will aim to complete it within 48 hours unless arranged differently. The bike can be dropped off at any time on a selected day.

 

€79 Standard Bike Repair Service includes

• A thorough bike inspection and condition report preparation (at this point, we contact the customer and discuss the breakdown and pricing)
• Bike wash and/or dry cleaning and lubrication
• Tyre pressure check
• Wheel hubs, bottom bracket and headset bearings compression check
• Spoke tension check
• Gears and Brakes adjustment
• Once the repair is complete, the bike is test cycled on the road to make sure everything is performing as expected

 

€125 Premium Bike Repair Service includes

• The same as STANDARD Bike Repair service
  • Plus Bottom bracket bearings re-assembly and service
  • Plus Headset bearings re-assembly and service
• Once the repair is complete, the bike is test cycled on the road to make sure everything is performing as expected

 

€215 Advanced Bike Repair Service includes

• The same as PREMIUM Bike Repair service
  • Plus Brake cables replacement including parts (or brake bleed)
  • Plus Gear cables replacement including parts
  • Plus Front and Rear hubs bearings service
  • Plus Gear cables replacement
• Once the repair is complete, the bike is test cycled on the road to make sure everything is performing as expected

FAQs

Question: How long does the bike service take?
Answer: Usually, it takes about two days, but we can complete the service the same day if this is arranged during the booking. However, sometimes this could take longer during seasonal peak times or particular parts needed. If you say it is essential to you to get it done asap, we will make it our number one priority.

Question: How much does it cost to repair a puncture?
Answer: Instead of repairing the puncture, we usually replace the inner tube with a new one. We remove the old inner tube, inspect the tyre and install the new inner tube. It costs €15 for most standard bikes. Depending on the setup, the bikes with internal gears or electric bikes may cost €15 to €25.

Question: How long does it take to repair a puncture?
Answer: The work itself takes only 5 minutes. It sometimes takes 30 minutes due to the number of bikes waiting in line for the same quick job.
