The MAHLE Service Kit is designed for dealers to quickly diagnose issues on a customer's bike without the delays of ordering individual parts one by one. With this kit, you can test components directly, identify the root cause, and reduce downtime for your customers.

X20 BASIC KIT

• TCS - Torque and Cadence Sensor for Bottom Bracket (4 options available)
• PAS Sensor - PAS Sensor for X Series (not for X35)
• iWoc ONE Head Unit – Standard digital X System control unit. Supports: BLE, ANT+, LEV and CAN
• Torque Sensor Removal Toolset - Tooling to remove the MAHLE BB. Required to prevent electronics damage
• TCS Bearing Extractor Toolset - Toolset for the extraction of TCS bearings. Compatible with standard BB's
• Magnet Locknut 11 Speed - Magnet ring to communicate with the PAS Sensor. Compatible with cassettes of 10 and 11 speed
• X20 Dropout connector 550 mm - Wire to connect the motor with the internal battery. Length 550mm
• Active charging point - Charging port for X Series
• Active Charger + GCU - Charges up to 4A ' required for SmartBike firmware updates
