This carbon stem is adjustable for angle and uses a band clamp to keep the bars in place while keeping the aero profile. The carbon-fiber aerodynamic handlebars have a wing-like top section, a forward sweep to give you ample room on the drops, and have 117mm of drop and 83mm of reach. They're brutally stiff, designed for sprinters like World Champion Grégory Baugé.
