• Aero For All! The AR 1600's are designed to offer the highest aero performance yet seen from an alloy system, whether you're looking for a race wheelset for evening circuits or a dependable but speedy set of training hoops
• 20mm internal width rims are the first alloy rim profile developed with DT's Aero research team at Swiss Side, no other alloy rim has had more in-depth aero testing both in terms of CFD simulations and Wind Tunnel time
• The rim is of course only part of the equation and the AR 1600's use super deep Aero Comp II spokes and hidden nipples to further minimise drag
• 350 hubs use 36-tooth SL ratchets, giving a great balance between engagement, low noise, minimal drag and long term reliability, especially in poor conditions
• The Swiss-made DT ratchet system remains the gold standard for reliability, low-weight and ease of servicing, which is why it's relied upon everywhere from the Tour De France to the World Cup Downhill circuit
• Hand built in Europe using Swiss-made spokes and premium Prolock Squorx nipples for long term build stability and ease of maintenance
• Tubeless ready but can also be used with standard clinchers
• Front wheel comes ready for standard 12 x 100 mm thru axles. The rear comes ready for standard 12 x 142 mm thru axles, both can be adapted for other axles using adaptors (available separately)
