Handlebar Types & Rider Height Guide

Brompton handlebar types determine riding posture, comfort, and visibility.

M Handlebar Mid (Most Popular)

• Riding Position: Upright + comfortable
• Best For: Daily commuting, mixed city riding
• Recommended Rider Height: 165-180 cm

H Handlebar High (Tall / Most Upright)

• Riding Position: Very upright
• Best For: Tall riders or anyone with back/neck sensitivity
• Recommended Rider Height: 175-190+ cm

S Handlebar Sport (Low / Fastest)

• Riding Position: Lower, more aerodynamic
• Best For: Sporty riders wanting speed
• Recommended Rider Height: 160-175 cm

Seatpost Options

1. Standard Seatpost
• Rider Height: Up to 175 cm
• Lightest option
• Most compact fold (seatpost does not protrude)
• Good for travel & smaller riders
2. Extended Seatpost (+60 mm)
