Installation and all repairs to the ConnectModule may only be carried out by authorised specialist dealers. This requires specialised expert knowledge. Incorrect installation can lead to the ConnectModule or the eBike no longer being operated in compliance with the law.

The ConnectModule is installed concealed on the eBike and equips it with GPS, a SIM card and motion sensors. 

eBikers stay connected to the eBike via the eBike Flow app and can use the premium services of the Flow+ subscription.
eBike Alarm, for example, offers smart theft protection for carefree parking, including location tracking and two-stage alarm.
A paid Flow+ subscription is required in order for the ConnectModule to work. The Flow+ subscription is free for the first 12 months.
