Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under Irish or EU law.


Shipping

Republic of Ireland

Standard orders: Dispatched within approximately 5 working days.

Professionally assembled bicycles (Ireland only): Approximately 10–15 working days due to assembly time and oversized courier handling.

Back orders: May require up to an additional 10 working days depending on supplier availability.

Shipping within Ireland is free on orders over €40.

Bicycles shipped in manufacturer boxes are delivered free within Ireland.

Delivery of professionally assembled bicycles within Ireland is €35.

Outside Ireland (EU Deliveries)

Shipping timeframes outside Ireland are typically longer and vary depending on destination country and courier network.

Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are confirmed during checkout based on the delivery address provided.

We are not responsible for delays caused by international transport, customs processing, courier routing, or events beyond our reasonable control.

All bicycles delivered outside Ireland are supplied unassembled in the manufacturer’s original box and require professional assembly after delivery.


Bicycle Supply & Assembly

Bicycles are supplied unassembled in the manufacturer’s original packaging unless professional assembly is purchased as an optional extra.

Assembly services are available only for store collection or delivery within the Republic of Ireland.

If a bicycle is supplied boxed, it must be assembled and safety-checked by a qualified professional bicycle workshop before use.

The customer must retain written proof of professional assembly (dated invoice identifying the workshop). Failure to provide such proof may affect manufacturer warranty claims.

We are not responsible for damage, malfunction, safety issues or injury arising from self-assembly or improper third-party assembly.

Assembly and accessory installation services constitute service elements. Labour charges are non-refundable once performed, except where required by law.


Returns Overview

Returns are handled differently for bicycles and accessories. Please review the relevant section below.


Bicycles – Online Purchases

For bicycles purchased online, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, provided the bicycle is not customised.

Written notice of cancellation must be provided within 14 days of delivery. The bicycle must be returned within 14 days of cancellation.

Return Conditions – Bicycles

  • Must not have been ridden outdoors
  • No mileage beyond reasonable inspection
  • No marks, scratches, damage or wear
  • Returned in original manufacturer packaging
  • All supplied components included

If a bicycle shows handling beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature and function, we may deduct an amount reflecting diminished value in accordance with EU consumer law.

Customised bicycles (including accessory installation, component upgrades, special orders, or configuration work) are exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right.

Assembly fees and labour services are non-refundable once performed.


Accessories & Small Items

We offer a voluntary 90-day return policy for accessories and small items including lights, locks, clothing, helmets, tools and parts.

This 90-day policy is a goodwill policy and does not apply to customised or special-order items.

Return Conditions – Accessories

  • Items must be unused
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Seals must remain unbroken where applicable
  • Electrical items must not be activated, paired, or installed
  • Helmets and safety equipment must not have been worn outdoors
  • Clothing must not have been worn beyond reasonable indoor fitting

Items that have been installed, fitted, mounted or integrated into a bicycle are considered used and may not be eligible for return unless faulty.


Customised & Special Orders

The following cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Bikes built to customer specification
  • Bikes with fitted accessories or upgraded components
  • Special-order or non-stock items
  • Installed electronic devices

Return Shipping & Responsibility

The customer is responsible for arranging, packaging, insuring and paying for return shipping.

We do not provide uplift or collection services.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

The customer remains responsible for goods until safely received and inspected by us.


Faulty Goods

If goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, statutory remedies apply.

We reserve the right to inspect goods before confirming repair, replacement or refund.
