This is how we do it
For emergencies like punctures, brake adjustments, gear adjustments or a broken spoke, you are welcome to visit our store without booking. Puncture repair typically takes 15–30 minutes.
Booking is required for bigger jobs. This is how our booking process works:
- Make a booking and receive confirmation
- Drop your bike off
- We assess the bike and approve the cost with you
- We contact you when the repair is complete
Please note: Due to storage limitations, bikes must be collected within 48 hours after completion of work.
Select your drop-off date and add notes. We assess your bike on arrival and call you back the same day. Repairs are typically completed within 48 hours unless arranged otherwise.
