Step 1 – Registration Confirmation
If you have registered your affected wheel(s) with DT Swiss, you will receive confirmation from them along with your recall case number. DT Swiss will assign you to the appropriate service centre for inspection.
Step 2 – Packaging & Shipping
- Need a box? Request free DT Swiss wheel boxes here: dtswiss.com/recall-shipping-box
- Dispatch of boxes starts by 4 August 2025.
- Two boxes are provided per wheelset form.
- Always send both wheels from the wheelset, even if only one is affected – this ensures a matching replacement if required.
- Remove tyres, brake discs and cassettes before sending.
- You may remove these yourself or book our workshop to do it for you (standard labour charges apply).
- If removal is not possible, DT Swiss will still accept the wheels with these parts attached.
- A pre-paid return label will be provided with the DT Swiss box. Pack the wheels securely and hand them to the courier.
Step 3 – Alternative Return Option
You may arrange your own return directly to DT Swiss at:
