Question: Can I use Shimano cleats with Favero pedals?
Answer: You can buy Favero Assioma pedal spindles and transfer the whole Shimano pedal body onto it (you can use it from your old pedals or purchase from a Shimano supplier). Then you can use it with the Shimano cleats.
Question: What is the difference between Favero UNO and DUO power meter pedals?
Answer: The UNO pedals have a power meter sensor only in the right side pedal, while DUP version has it in both pedals. Two sensors give a more accurate reading from both pedal strokes.
Here are a few tips:
Never use worn cleats, as they can get stuck.
Do not use Favero Assioma original cleats with your Look Keo pedals.
You can use your Look Keo and Look cleats with Assioma pedals, but not the Assioma-provided cleats with your Look Keo pedals.
Sometimes, a smaller shoe soil curve may bend the cleat due to its sharp soil angle, which will not fit the pedal. You need to instal a shim under the back part of it.
