Terms & Conditions – 360 Cycles Electric Bike Giveaway

1. Promoter

This promotion is organised and administered by 360 Cycles Ltd, 360 Clontarf Road, Dublin, Ireland (“360 Cycles”).

 

2. Promotion Period

The promotion runs from 7 November 2025 to 1 December 2025 inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
Entries received outside this period will not be valid.

 

3. Eligibility & Entry

To enter, participants must make a minimum online purchase of €50 in a single transaction on the official 360 Cycles website during the Promotion Period.

Each qualifying €50 online purchase equals one automatic entry.

Multiple entries are permitted for multiple qualifying purchases.

Employees of 360 Cycles, their immediate family members, and anyone connected with the administration of this giveaway are not eligible to enter.

 

4. Prize

The prize consists of one €1,000 voucher, redeemable toward the purchase of any electric bike currently in stock at 360 Cycles.

The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or refund.

The voucher must be used in a single transaction.

 

5. Voucher Validity & Usage

The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

The voucher is only valid for electric bikes currently in stock at 360 Cycles and cannot be used for special orders, pre-orders, or bikes not in stock.

If the selected bike exceeds the €1,000 value, the balance must be paid by the winner.

No change, cash, or refund will be given if the total purchase is less than the voucher value.

The voucher may not be combined with other discounts, promotions, or offers.

 

6. Winner Selection & Announcement

The winner will be announced on 05 December 2025.

The winner will be contacted directly via email using the address provided during their qualifying purchase.

The fact of the win will also be announced publicly on 360 Cycles’ social media channels, including Instagram and Facebook.

The winner must respond to the notification email within 7 days of being contacted.

If no response is received within that time, 360 Cycles reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

 

7. Data Protection

Personal data collected for this giveaway will be processed in accordance with 360 Cycles’ Privacy Policy and GDPR requirements.

Participant data will only be used for the purpose of administering the promotion and contacting the winner.

No personal information will be shared with third parties unrelated to the promotion.

 

8. Liability

360 Cycles accepts no responsibility for any entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, or not received due to technical issues.

360 Cycles will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by entrants as a result of participating in this promotion or accepting the prize, except where caused by the company’s negligence.

 

9. General Conditions

Participation in this giveaway implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

360 Cycles reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms.

360 Cycles may amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
